Gold for :INA Indonesia!!!

What a joy!!!!

If the lights light up exactly at the correct moment, he was definitely first, since his light went on first. Not sure if those lights are 100% accurate though?

:CAN finished the event with 13 medals, an improvement of 10 from the Junior Pan Pacs last year. 13 medals is exactly 13 more than a certain European country :d

:BUL with 3 medals (1 gold and 2 silver) thanks to our miracle swimmer Petar Mitsin. Amazing performance. He is such a talent and hopefully will keep growing in the future and show his best in 2024 Olympics where he has already achieved two quotas in 400 and 800 Freestyle.

Third place on the medal table is a great showing. Hope this translates to the senior level in the future

    • Medalists Gold-  Team Schwaller (Xenia Schwaller, Selina Gafner, Fabienne Rieder, Selina Rychiger) Silver-  Team Einarson (Kerri Einarson, Val Sweeting, Shannon Birchard, Karlee Burgess, Krysten Karwacki) Bronze-  Team Wråna (Isabella Wråna, Almida de Val, Maria Larsson, Linda Stenlund, Moa Dryburgh)
    • some changes in the team and less importance to the sport, the two big teams until 2022/2023 ( and ) in south america started to decrease a lot and in the other hand the 3rd in South America () is growing a lot, is really impressive. We are currently the favourites for the LA2028 quota
    • Last few weeks of the World Cup season for winter sports (and Junior Worlds, depending on streaming), Men's Curling Worlds, Saquarema Elite 16, and some tennis   That's it unless I'm missing something, not much going on    Which is a good thing honestly, very busy next couple of weeks.
    • What happened to Brazil's women's team? On the other hand it looks like Argentina may be the top South American team on the women's side. Defeating Spain, China and South Africa was unlikely up until this year
    • These are the teams I think will qualify for the WC this window:           Hoping for some debutants to qualify!
    • defeats  7-5 for gold, Schwaller goes from junior world champions to world champions only two years later   win bronze 8-5 over
    • Honestly, it’s not very clear what is happening in Italy — anything could happen. There is extremely high turnout, and no pollster, politician, or newspaper had predicted it; now they’re all there throwing out data. No one has any idea why people voted, also because it was very technical and almost empty polling stations were expected. It will be interesting to understand whether this is a protest vote against the government or a protest vote against the judiciary.
