Shukla with another PB (2:00.23) in the women's 800m semi-finals.

Thankfully next year, the relay heats are the day after the 200m final so Andre should be able to go

So, an up-and-down day. Warner and LePage in the decathlon medal hunt, and Shukla with a PB in the women's 800m semi-finals. On the other hand, DeGrasse finished 6th in the men's 200m final in 20.18 (Not completely unexpected, but with his major championship pedigree was expecting more) and our men's 4x100m relay failed to advance to the final with a horrific anchor leg by Ajomale.

 

Canada should be in for a big medal haul tomorrow, with decathlon, women's shot put, and men's 800m medals being awarded.

Really thats a long time in the 100m
