surprising but earned win of this amazing young German squad over the hosts ...

and absolutely shocking Tennis bagel as the worst Canadian defeat in a while in this category emballed by serious injury of their biggest star and expected NHL Draft #1 Alexis Lafreniere ...

and incredible winning streak of Sweden at U20 WCH preliminary Round now reaching number 50 matches in a row ! wasn´t the only highlights of this crazy day 3

 

 

 

Two other curious moments to notice from this day, one quite funny and the other not so much...

 

 

 

German Justin Schutz was sitting at the penalty box for 2 minutes penalty and when he returned into the ice he was immediately send back for another 2 minutes ! Something you really don´t see often

 

 

 

the less fun thing now, captain Barret Hayton apparently couldn´t swallow the 0-6 lesson from Russia tonight since he behaved really sadly, didn´t remove his helmet during the Russian anthem, causing controversy, Russian players were not happy at all and their capteain even protested, but the refs send him back

 

 

a couple of Russian players then decided to ignore him durng the traditional after match hand shake
