It's for all NPC, somehow they tried to conceal the boycott.

Oh that's such a shame, the two Brazilians were so much looking forward to it :(

Meh.

Yes. IPC officially confirmed that athletes from Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Ukraine boycotted the ceremony.

In total 26 of 55 countries missed the ceremony. Some of them did not plab to attend it from the very beginning die to logistics but joined the reaction to russian`s reinstatement later. That helped IPC to have a shorter list of official boycotts.

This was a significant escalation; perhaps we will see more protests during the games themselves.

Meh.

It's very sad, because for Paralympic athletes, this moment represents the little visibility they get.

Exactly. Although at least financially it doesn't matter for the Brazilians, since they get the same amount of money as non-para athletes even if there's only 10 athletes or so in a competition :p

But in terms of fun and experience, yeah, this sucks.

The flame lighting was dull. For some reason C4 here in :GBR loved that bit. They didn’t like Russia and Belarus being back. (Through they did seem to forget there were a lot of Neutral’s in Paris when talking about issues like how the Olympic Village will be handling it.

Andrew Parsons and Donald Trump  are going to be fascinating relationship in 2028.
