Does anyone know why Egypt qualified if Iceland's GD was higher? 

 

Isn't this the first tiebreaker between three teams?

If they are not wrong, they first count the points obtained against the teams with equal points, thus eliminating the points obtained against Slovenia, Argentina and Cape Verde. Then you have to see the goal difference in the matches of the three nations and  not the total GD

If Egypt are to keep the same level of competition in the WC and Olympics then they must have a full squad of players playing in Europe.

For Pastor i think he was unlucky with injuries in both tournaments he managed the team in, but i wouldnt mind another Parondo.

And yeah why not be optimistic, with a good start in the first 15 min we can pull off the upset which will be historic, all we need is for Mohamad Ali to have the same form el-rooby had against Russia in 2001.
