If Sweden wins and Ireland doesn't:

-Wales vs NI

-Croatia vs Portugal

-Germany vs Slovakia

 

If both Sweden and Ireland win:

-Same as above (depends on goal difference who is second) but Belgium is eliminated.

 

If neither Ireland or Sweden win:

-Croatia vs Portugal

-France vs N. Ireland

-Germany vs Slovakia

-Wales vs Turkey
