Yes - my post is poorly worded. Those are the athletes in qualifying position, but the quotas go to the NOC rather than the specific athlete.

So, as far as I understand, for example :UKR Illia Kovtun will be able to get his own quotas under the Criteria 4 (All around)? And that makes 2 quotas in total for Ukraine: 1 under the criteria 3 and 1 under the criteria 4.

Third rotation done for France - their hopes took a bit of knock as Saladino gave off the P-Bars so his score was down 1.5 points.

Overall they move to 123.698 so they are 2 points down on Euros. It's not going to be easy to make up the difference.

Correct, under criteria 3, the teams ranked 13-15 will get one quota for their NOC, it is not attached to an athlete.

    • I think I can live with the draw , not a bad group at all. just a week ago our mafia coach said his dream group is Belgium, Egypt and Haiti, he almost got that !   but it's really hard for me (and so many others) to cheer for this team, A mafia boss coach, disgusting group of players. I never had this feeling about any NT in any sport before but still the national team is the national team. you have to like it  coaches and players come and go, the team is what matters.   if the team makes it to the competition, I'm sure there will be lots of Iranians in the stadium despite the orange's ban, that will never be a problem.
    • Belgium is the luckiest in this story
    • One of the worst possible draw for us. Group really easy but having to face  or  in the Round of 32 is devastating.
    • Always dreamed Gretzky will draw Slovakia was another moment I can already remove from my things to do before die list
    • Finland have been awful in almost all winter sports, well beside ice hockey and cross-country from time to time, for a lot of years. It's very good to see them building people to challenge for wins again. Their new coach has done wonders it seems.
    • 14th June in Philadelphia against Cote d´Ivoire   20th June inToronto against Curacao   and 25th June in Philadeplphia to kick out  home    Not easy, but not the most difficult group. Should be okay. Vamos
