so the quotas in K2 will be to be won only by those who have not had the K4?

No, it's not that "simple". A federation can only get a maximum of six athletes per gender in Kajak. K4, K2 and K1 makes 7 athletes, so to qualify different athletes in all three events is not possible. But K4/K2 OR K4/K1 OR K2/K1 is possible. However, if the same athlete was part of two different boats, than only the bigger boats counts for the quota.

To understand this qualification system you need a PhD in Statistics or similar :d

Anyway if my understanding is correct the quotas for K1 W are clear now as well.

All the finalists excluding Serbia, Hungary and NZL (as same athlete already won a quota) will get a quote for sure.

That means GER, CAN, POR, AUS, DEN and SWE have their quota save.

But GER and AUS could lose the k1 quota if they qualify in K2

And CAN could lose it if they qualify in both K4 (still open, but likely) and K2.

If all three happens, then 3rd place in b final would get a quota as well?

Is this correct? OMG my brain is dead

Yeah, you are right. I didn't go down that rabbit hole, but yeah, some nations already secured more quotas in K1. It's better to just wait for the results instead of calculating the potential outcomes.

Ca-ta-lin Chirilaaaaaaaaaa

If the lights light up exactly at the correct moment, he was definitely first, since his light went on first. Not sure if those lights are 100% accurate though?

Terrible, just an absolutely terrible start  from our girls, they had no chance whatsoever to win a medal after that. They really need to get their shit together for Paris because this is unacceptable.

:NZL beats :POL, there goes the Polish dominance out of the window in women's K4. Carrington is coming for all the gold medals in the Olympic events.

Yesss, finally the boys did it! We waited a long time for this performance in men's K4, great silver!

:POL out, the rest of the boats qualify to Paris.

Kopasz wins K1 500, proving that he would likely win a medal here in K1 1000 if we could have two boats like at the Games.

Can't Kopasz and Varga just fuck off to K2? That way they can both have a gold medal.

There is extremely high turnout, and no pollster, politician, or newspaper had predicted it; now they’re all there throwing out data. No one has any idea why people voted, also because it was very technical and almost empty polling stations were expected. It will be interesting to understand whether this is a protest vote against the government or a protest vote against the judiciary.
