To be fair, the first one is the official one when not used by State civil institutions or the military, which is very curious as it is a country without a formal army or navy, so why actually allocate a symbol to non existent institutions?

Morocco isn't dark horse, this is the weakest group in this WC with 2 aging teams Belgium and Croatia and 2 coaches that insists not to change blood of their teams, I knew Belgium would do nothing after I saw their game against Egypt in Kuwait
