The match between :ROU & :KOS is suspended at Bucharest due to crowd trouble & unfurling of anti-Kosovo banner
“Kosovo is Serbia” .

UEFA will decide on the outcome of the match.

Covid was so good to UEFA, no fans, no spectators, everything was going perfect for them East from the Alps. Didn't they learn, that Eastern Europe should only play against Northern and Western Europe.

It is such a vital match for both teams especially for :ROU in terms of qualification to euros.

Now possibly there will be sanctions , Romania may have to forfeit 0-3 as per rule book.

Silly of UEFA to not understand the geo-political tensions in those regions.
If there are countries that doesn’t recognise Kosovo, play those matches at a neutral venues or make them play behind closed doors!

Poor from Romanian ultras to choose such an important match to carry out their anti-Kosvo demonstration.
In the away match at Pristina they had crowd trouble, yet UEFA didn’t learn.

Edit: The match has just resumed again

Apart from the political views/affinities that anyone is entitled to have it is plain stupidity to know the rules would be against your team for such behavior and to still act like that.

Those slogans never change anything when used in sport events.

Unfortunately you can see the difference between a football and a rugby match (now that the Rugby World Cup is under way) even in terms of attendance behavior. Booing national anthems included.

The new NT manager will be announced at noon tomorrow and it will be the current U-21 manager Michał Probierz, ex-coach of Cracovia and Jagiellonia Białystok (the same club the current FA boss Kulesza was a president before). It was the most expected choice given the current situation :coffee:

    • It's hard to believe it was still in this calendar year
    • In last year, we were were happy with Brignone's wins, and today we're excite that della Mea is in the top 10... It's hard to imagine a bigger fall... And Goggia should give up on the giant slalom and focus on the speed events – Vonn isn't wasting time on the giant slalom, but is training for downhill and SG. Goggia last one finished on the podium in the giant slalom in march 2018, and she has no any chance of winning an Olympic medal at the regular competition. It's a waste of time and energy to finish 8th or 9th and risk injury. And we have to accept that without Brignone, we have no chance of winning a medal in the giant slalom in Cortina, and that's it.
    • yeah, just like Anna Trocker earlier Today   I think this is the best way to blow them    they're not ready for the world cup stage yet, but we're so bad right now that our coaches are digging deep
    • Some surprises and fun results so far at this year's Worlds. Like a few minutes ago, when  Harrysson made the 1/8 with another very good performance. Now he plays Jonny Clayton, who this afternoon made a stellar performance in a tough battle with Zonneveld. I don't see an easy match for Clayton, even though on paper he would have wished such an opponent for a 1/8 before the tournament.   Also i'm delighted that my fav Gary Anderson seems to be in good form, though at his age, he is prone to sudden bad matches at any time.
