if It was an American there is no way that the verdict would have changed.  You put the rules for everyone or not at all.

Well, it was a great run.  De Grasse was spectacular on that last leg.  Japan...you're on the list after today.

Now there's a question about lane violation on Japan!  I thought so on the replay, but I didn't want to be a sore loser.  But it's the exact same as Canada in 2012.
