I don't think so - I think Margelidon made it far enough that he will be in the repechage.

I thought you only got to the repechage if your opponent makes the final.

Not in Judo - the QF losers from the same side as the bracket face each other and the winner will go to a bronze medal match.

 

EDIT: So Margelidon will need to win 2 more matches for a medal.

This used to be the case, and is still the rule in taekwondo and wrestling, but that rule isn't used in judo anymore.
