I don't think I have ever seen a skater as dominant as her. She is in a class of her own.

She's strong, but if Boutin gets back to her best shape again, Velzeboer gets some more experience in international finals, and Choi Minjeong will improve throughout the season like she normally does, I think we're up for a very exciting post-Olympic season.

15th place for Aščić in both 500 m and 1500 m. Nicely picking up where she left off after our Olympic debut in the sport.

Xandra Velzeboer has just OBLITERATED the 500m WR by half a second 

41.936 -> 41.416 

And the times overall aren't this good, she's really standing out on her own. Her start is not particularly strong, I guess she could take a second off it in a mixed race.

Schulting also improved her own WR on the 1.000m. She improved it from 1:26,514 to 1:25,958.
