Yes, she has to go full speed immediately and outrun Skistad like in Planica. Otherwise she will face the same threat in Lahti. heywoodu

This is the venue: They will be racing twice to the top. Course map: https://www.owc.ee/en/2023en/maps-23 The snow was absolutely awful, but the location itself and the track and everything was really nice Definitely worth a repeat in that sense, and significantly better than the tight tracks in Dresden and Drammen. . Grassmarket 3,404 Posted March 25, 2023 #205 Share Posted March 25, 2023 (edited) Oi oi oi! Controversy in Lahti! Dahlquist was heading out in the first round after a crash, but her team-mate Ilar slowed down & let her pass, Formula 1 style. Wonder what the judges will say. We in don’t like that stuff! At the very least, it’s match-rigging from the Bookies point of view. TU Weng knocks Diggins out, so that’s it for the Big Globe. Heroic effort from Jess after the TdS mess-up, but always a very slim chance. Edited March 25, 2023 by Grassmarket
JonPhi 250 Posted March 25, 2023 #206 Share Posted March 25, 2023 But you can't punish Dahlqvist either, Hennig led to the situation.
Swewi 382 Posted March 25, 2023 #207 Share Posted March 25, 2023 Dahlqvist deserved to be top2 in that QF, broke a pole because of Hennig, however I don't think that is an excuse. Ilar wouldn't have Done that for someone Else or in another scenario.
