Are the Winter X Games still a thing or have worn out on the audience? There is zero chance World Cup races are being put anywhere near them anyway (obviously not for men to alter the Wengen/Kitzbuehel dates).

No, still exist every year, just not on Polish TV.

Today's race in  Zagreb has been cancelled because of the high temperature and the consequent snow troubles.

Well done to our neighbours for preparing, according to conditions, quite sustainable course. 

 

Sadly we can not say same for Garmisch, this was similar bad as in Ofterschwang for ladies couple years ago.

No surprises in the cancelations with this pathetic weather all around Europe.. Sadly it has become a regular occurrence, where i live, in the last few years, that there wouldn't be any snow, but seeing all of Europe, bar Scandinavia, without snow is highly depressing.
