Also, both me and @Griff88 now sit in the Overall Top 5. I remain 1 point off the podium with only 1 or 2 quizzes remaining. That German, barring an absolute miracle, has won the overall.

Day 11 Results

medailistky.jpg?itok=vwGM1kq_

No medals has been won today by Slovak athletes,

however, Viktória Čerňanská received this evening around 18:00 local time her Silver medal from the yesterdays Bobsleigh Women´s Monobob competition.

A great moment for our talented pilot came at the Sankt Moritz Medal Plaza, and one of the first congratulators was our IOC member and the London 2012 Skeet bronze medalist and Rio 2016 Opening Ceremony Flag bearers Danka Barteková.

Of our athletes who have competed today, Petra Rusnáková achieved the best result.

Unfortunately, even in today's 500m event she failed to win so desired medal,

This time the hopes of our Short Track speed skater crashed in the semifinals. However at the end, it was again a very nice and valuable 6th place.

After her 5th place in the 1000m, another excellent performance from Petra.

Well, this might immediately be one of my favorite Olympic controversies of all-time “Someone has been grilling hot dogs on the Olympic flame in the city.” At least that’s according to ITG’s reporting on a emergency meeting the Lausanne2020 OC had. What away to end the games :p

Lol, it is weird enough to remember. If it wasn't for the quiz, I always think that Lele is a living jellybean

    • That was known from the start for  and will be planned for.   Sadly just the reality of sports in North America. Canada and the US are both huge, a flight from Vancouver to Halifax or from Seattle to Miami is north of five hours. Every sports league in North America has to deal with this kind of travel logistics on the regular, so none of this will seem particularly unusual to a North American player.
    • That’s not a long distance, it’s barely a 2h flight and there is no difference in timezone. Easily doable for fans as well.
