If that happens now at ECH, a nation winning gold and silver in a event, I assume quota will be reallocated to the bronce medal of course if bronce is won by another NOC. Correct, this is similar to all other events where it will go to the next highest ranked eligible athlete provided they finish in the top 8. If there are none it will be reallocated to the Olympic rankings with continental quotas staying within the continent if possible.
