Roglič got in shape just after the championship. The second classic won by the Slovene in three days.

He wasn't in bad shape right before the world champs neither :p

Well, he won the Vuelta, wasn't great at the world champs and now is winning some relatively minor races after he dominated the first part of the season. I think his season is already more than good :d

I expected that at the championships he would do better, hence my entry would be a bit of a snack :p.
But the fact that if I were in Primoża I would be happy with the season, because only the championship basically did not go his way. He embarrassed many experts and probably did it not the first and not the last time.

Eddy Merckx, had a bicycle accident. He suffered head injuries, but according to preliminary tests, everything is fine.
As Merckx's friend Paul van Himst said:
"I contacted Eddy's wife. According to her, everything is fine and more tests are planned for today."

Nice has a monopoly compared to other cities that it has the first 3 stages at home?

Time trial at La Planche des Belles Filles, ahh what kind of competition and these views will be :bounce: (man hopes that INEOS will not kill the competition before :stop:). I am excited that this vehicle will be on the Tour de France again :hyper:.

The Route is super mountainous. Sagan will be doing a lot of wheelies

Pero is gathering strength to show off one-wheel drive on California routes. I quietly hope that maybe instead of going to TdF he will go to Tour de Pologne.

    • I think they incorrectly translated Ukrainian word "nahorody" - it is not a full synonym of "medal". Its cocrrect translation is "award". Meanwhile russian tennis playes switched for Potapova ->  Rakhimova ->
    • Ukrainian diver Lyskun switches allegiance to Russia, loses all medals | Olympics News | Al Jazeera   'loses all medals'   I would assume Al Jazeera could have been a bit clearer and mention this would presumably only be national medals. I mean, it's not like the Ukrainian federation, or any single federation for that matter, has the power to strip her of her world and European championships medals I hope (not for her sake, but because that would be a super weird precedent)
    • That's what I'd plan as well (except for MelFest), but I also know I am hypocritical enough to still want to watch the show and have a fun evening
    • Confirmation about the broadcasting rights.   If I'm reading it right, for most of Europe it will now be exclusive to Discovery/Eurosport or whatever brand they use.     For outside Europe, it's on YouTube. For Planet VPN....well, let us know if you find out.   fil-taker-list-25-26-winterberg-1.pdf   Also, should have mentioned above that the Nations Cup races today are just over one leg, whereas there are two runs in each of the World Cup races.
    • Got our first competition of the season coming up in Solitude, Utah  this weekend.  Live on Discovery Plus etc, plus also YouTube and the Olympic Channel.  If you are new to the sport, the sprint races on Saturday will be the format you'll find easy to understand.     ISMF   ISMF Skimo - YouTube
