Here it is called Krémeš (read: Crémesh) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cremeschnitte  or as anyone call it here "Francúzsky Krémeš" French cremesh and there various version

You do realize it's 'best lamb dishes' specifically, right? Not exactly surprising for Turkey to dominate this

And yet, I’m surprised they left out “Barbacoa de Pozo” which is the best dish of the state of Hidalgo, Mexico.

Although if I were you I’d abstain from “Pastel de Choclo” as its main ingredient is another of your personal “favorite” foods.
