That split would have moved Canada past the US into silver position in Tokyo, less than a tenth of a second behind Australia. Looks like Canada has their breaststroke sorted for Paris, there may even be a bit of a fight over the spot. Hopefully the other positions can stay just as strong.

Mary-Sophie Harvey records a 4:36.79 400 IM at the Giant Series! About a half second away from her PB, and puts her into firm contention for the second Olympic spot (behind McIntosh of course)

No PBs for Mary-Sophie Harvey at the second stop of the Giant Series in Saint-Germain-En-Laye, but another great meet nonetheless. 4:38.00 in the 400IM and 54.60 in 100m freestyle on day 1, and 58.14 in the 100m butterfly, 2:10.29 in the 200IM, and 1:58.51 in the 200m freestyle on day 2 (she did the triple)
