I believe this was the order of things. Brazil qualified one individual, meaning that they only used one of two host quotas. The other host quota was given to the highest ranked nation not already qualified (Colombia). To keep the number of athletes on 67, France had to give away one quota.

Looks like Kosovo also got wild card for men's road race. This should mean that somebody declined a quota (presumably Sweden). Bolivia got the "scheduled" wild card.


No word from UCI, of course.

she actually qulified in ITT but did not in road race.....now i don't know how they managed to bring her in....but i am glad that she will compete :d
