hckošice 14,843 Posted June 5, 2016 Author #1863 Share Posted June 5, 2016 CLOSING CEREMONY The 60s in sport was interesting especially in both our most popular sports, Ice Hockey Czechoslovakian team with many slovakians in the team, especially the Goalie Vladimír Dzurilla and the captian Jozef Golonka was one of the best teams of the history of the Ice Hockey, each match against USSR or Sweden was a sport delight but probably the biggest succes of the 60s is ofc the triumph of the slovak football club Slovan Bratislava in the Cup Winners Cup 1969 final against FC Barcelona in Basel... tuniscof

Birdy and Rhodes were 'over the moon' with the result, but their full praise was saved for the beautiful country of Slovakia, the warm hospitality and the city of Kosice, a nation and city that now has such fantastic memories for both of them!
