lol Roniel Iglesias lost to a Jordan boxer 0:5 :mumble:

it was a very quick match (1 or 2 minutes) because of bleeding, the Jordanian won because he started the bout very well

Well @hckošice Romero got justice service cold. He definitely can box.

I can’t understand why they changed their decision and left the Slovak boxer without a chance to advance in the tournament

we are completely futile when it comes to some lobbying skills or behind-the-scenes pressure and fights for our case. This is nothing new, we have so much experience with unsuccessful protests and unjust decisions towards our athletes that, in fact, such things do not bother us so much anymore :p

obviously if it is not about hockey. then you can expect pitchforks and riots in your social medias

Sometimes I'm glad that we are not good in boxing and I don't have to watch this shit a lot. I usually don't complain about the officiating in boxing because I know officiating in this sport is complicated but sometimes it's unbelievable.

I assume our last remaining boxer will lose tomorrow, no matter how many punches he lands because it doesn't matter, and that will be my last day of watching this shit show.

I'm glad to see that we're back to the old glory days of AIBA...:yikes:   :wall: :hairpull:

p.s. at least Italy have 2 safe medals...first time among the men since the 2013 worlds...:yikes:

ah, the good old AIBA...

only in the final bouts, not less than 5 of the 13 matches getting the wrong winner...:yikes:  :nopompom:

and at least 3 of them being true old style turnarounds...:zip: :hairpull:

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
    • Today : Jordan 3-0 Egypt  This team will surprise us
