no matter in which group you´ll be. Serbia is for me an absolute medal contender. no doubt. I rarely watch basketball during the OG, but I´ll for sure time by time have a look on your mens and womens teams :)

Well, yes, we are favorite for medal, but we will see. We did not played like before 2 years, but maybe players are too tired. We will see :d

That was nerve-racking to watch. :d

Italians gave us a good fight. Very talented team which unfortunately will again not be at the Olympics.

I thought that our free throw percentage would kill us in the end. Luckily that didn't happen.

    • @hckošice, even though Tomankova lost, she had a good fight against Costa, I think soon she and Babulfath will be the stars of -48kg.
    • Yes.   The event has been cancelled due to the accident.
    • Damn...   That's Clement Noel's Red Bull event of Sunday I think?

    • Yeah, we have such a strong crop of Juniors, that we can’t take them all. They all have exciting trajectories but to predict what Junior swimmers will is always difficult. Better to let them all swim together at Juniors than rocketing them all up to seniors and swimming a prelim and going home.
    • Hanlon is the most unlucky, in my opinion. Aside from relay cover, she's the 50m champ and they made a point of including consideration for those events being in LA for the other discretionary picks. Essentially she has the same case for selection as Max Morgan (albeit without the trajectory right now).   Blocksidge's form was way off this week (compared to her previous bests). Obviously being still young you could put that down to relative inexperience. Still, she has World and European Juniors that she could still be selected for this summer. There's an argument that performing well at those might be as beneficial as going to Singapore.   That said, I'm happy that they did take a bunch of discretionary picks. That's not always been the case.
