So far, 6 boxers in the heaviest men's division have secured their qualification (Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Jamaica , USA & host Peru)

Additionally, 2 women in the 69kg category (Dominican Republic & Puerto Rico) and every girl in 75kg have also secured their places.

Now, but they should decide two days after the tournament is finished. My guess is that they will use the quotas in those weights were their boxers didn't get a direct place.

Oh wow. That's just dumb. They should have chosen before the competition. They have sent boxers in all categories minus 3, so I assumed AMBC provided them with just 3 host quotas (the qualification document says max of 7)
