Speaking of fonts, is it possible to get some more fonts available to use apart from the 9 or so we have currently.... the more options the better

One font is enough, I already find it strange when people use different fonts as a standard, especially if it's Comic Sans, come on, we're not 12 years old  (apart from @Olympian1010 )

I asked this some time ago and it was not possible to add new fonts in the dropdown menu. It is possible to change the font using the html code anyway, but this is not very comfortable to do

But for TISC purposes it would be nice to mix things up (I'm sure that's one of @OlympicIRL's concerns).

No, it's not. Especially when trying to create new distinctive templates and designs each year for TISC
