I have hard time to understand weightlifting qualification

https://stillmed.olympics.com/media/Documents/Olympic-Games/Paris-2024/Paris2024-QS-Weightlifting.pdf

that section "Consequences due to Anti-Doping Rule Violations"

can someone explain this one in simple English :d how many doping violations will get you banned ? 2 or 3 ? what's the difference between parts (b) and (e)

the rest of the qualification is easy to understand, much better than the 2020 version which was probably the worst qualification system ever

I think E is for 2028....if 2 or more are found as dopers at Paris 2024.

Looks like there's a cap for swimming (26 men and 26 women). Though in practice only the United States could be affected. Maybe Australia if they decide to be more generous with their quota allocation.

Also with no quotas offered at the 2024 World Aquatics Championships, I can see a lot of teams sending their B-squad to Doha.

There was also a cap in 2020, but it was 28 swimmers per gender.
