I think this relates to the events in 2024 to May 26, that they dont have relevance for qualification. anyway you are right there is not much time after May 2028 as the games start in July. I don't follow Taekwondo so close, so @MHSN may have an answer for your question. But I took a look at the official ranking, and at her profile here: http://www.worldtaekwondo.org/ranking/ranking.html She is listed on 14th position for Olympic Ranking at -57kg.
