Maybe they can fight for a Universiality quota? Not a lot of small countries in Sport Climbing...

Probably not, to be eligible for the tripartite quota you must qualify to the World Qualifier Series and finish in the top 36 for combined and top 24 for speed.

 

It is very likely the tripartite quotas will be reallocated.

I'm honestly surprised that New Zealand didn't reject these quotas.
