I am not judging, I understand it. I grew up in a communist country, although not that bad as Cuba I guess. Still you don’t have often a chance to go to Olympics.

So the story with AIN`s reallocation continues.

 

According to the IOC Makhmadbekov is the only judoka from russia who accepted invitation.

But the russian judo federation stated that they had evidences that he declined invitation.

russian quotas were reallocated. IJF failed to post it so NOC`s may have details
