match, I think it's safe to say that we won't have much a chance against either of these teams in the QFs (if we will qualify for the QFs). Both US and France look good for the quotas.
I am expecting the same thing that happened to us in mixed curling. If the top tier basketball nations will take it seriously now that it's an Olympic event, just like how the top tier curling nations did in mixed doubles once it was at the Games, we won't have much a chance to qualify.
It's time for FIBA to just cancel the WR qualification and let 6 or 7 teams qualify from the QT depending on which host team gets the automatic quota.
I wish that a bigger newspaper would write a story about this, because it's truly bizarre. You don't have to be an Olympics fan to notice how ridiculous and broken this qualification system is.

Nice win against the Netherlands, the QF should be almost certainly secured now. But we need to play better if we want to qualify.
