The color scheme for the branding of these Games has to be one of the boldest design choices I've seen in a while. It is growing on me though.

Rancan would appear to be the first gold medallist of The World Games 2025 (assuming there's no changes to the orienteering results) Also, as far as I can tell (and I could be wrong, of course) Westergard has won his nation's first medal in orienteering at The World Games.

First times starting to roll in for the men's middle distance event in orienteering, where the first medals of the Games will be won. Rohac clubhouse leader at the moment, though he was the first off the start line this morning.

I played at club level in college, promptly destroying my one of knees (think tears, plural) in my very first tournament with the team. I had surgery, started playing again, got a minor injury, and retired. I then later tore something in my arm, after playing disc golf and ultimate on back to back days. Beware the (intoxicating) dangers of the disc, my young friend.

It has been on the sports programme of the SEA Games three times in the past (with another appearance scheduled for this year, I believe). The level between different teams in the sport is quite large though.

That is, in fact, a new record for most goals scored in a match at The World Games (as far as I can tell).

It was made available on VOD (replay) pretty quickly, and you can fast-forward, rewind and pause when watching.
