    I wouldn't really consider that the main sterotype of Europeans in the states. The main sterotypes would be based around the access to healthcare, ancient history, and high cuisine/fasion.

    My family does eat out a lot, so we're not a good example. However, we have family friends who rarely eat fast food. There's also a great deal varriance in the kind of fast food people our consuming. In California, designer fast food chains are popular (build your own sandwich [Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs, Jimmy Johns], build your own burritos [Chipotle], build your own pizza [Blaze Pizza, Pieology, MOD Pizza], etc.). Of course, burger chains, fried chicken chains, and more ominbus chains are popular too.

    Well, our culture is more than those two things. Plus, there's a lot of difference from state to state.

    It's probably not terrible comapred to other Olympic sports, but comaprative to college or professional sports, there isn't as much coverage, marketing, etc. (generally). International sports also just don't seem to draw US audiences they way they draw audiences else where in the world. It could be down to poor marketing or high competition from other sporting/cultural events, but I'm not sure in that regard.

    It's a great venue for spectating. There isn't a lot of natural obstruction, so you can see most of the race. The mass start and relays are awesome.

    The race is being held mid-day Friday. People probably have work, school, and other business. Plus, biathlon doesn't have a lot of publicity in the United States, even if there is a dedicated community. The weekend will hopefully bring more curious locals, toursits, etc.

    Undeniably Greek, but it does remind me a lot of similar ethno-pop entries “Unicorn,” “Fuego,” “Cleopatra.” If the performance is good, it will probably end up in my top 10, or at least threatening it.

    Wild start to the Iditarod sleddog race this year. A moose was allegedly punched, and one was definitely shot, killed, and gutted. Unfortunately, the musher who had to kill the moose was assessed a time penalty because race organizers deemed he didn’t gut it correctly.     Yes, that is what a lot of them say. Some bar associations put out assessments of the candidate's credentials, so I may take those into account. Some judges will also explain their ideas when it comes to sentencing (ie. correctional support v. long sentences), while other's provide long personal bios about their attachments/service to the community for people to consider.
