Is there really no better way in shorttrack to show the classification leader than those red caps? I mean, you're there with some awesome custom helmet design...but if you're doing great, you have to ride around with a lame piece of red cloth covering it -
If you read it as disqualifying the athletic ability required, go ahead. It's entirely wrong, since that's not at all what it says or means and I am very well aware they have superb abilities like anyone in the top level of sports, but feel free to read it how you want.
