  1. Wow, drama for McCormick after a couple of minutes: mechanical and his race is over
  2. I still think he stepped out of the course and is looking to never go back to Sudan ever again
  3. The Sudanese guy is missing
  4. So far he's destroying Haliti, nearly 2 minutes faster at the first intermediate And only 10 seconds behind one of the Saudi's
  5. The Hungarian rider passed the second Kosovar rider after 5 minutes
  6. Raimondas Rumsas' son, also called Raimondas Rumsas, is starting here, cool One of the absolute cult figures of the biggest days of EPO and injecting yourself with every kind of doping you can find, with the car full of doping that was for his mother in law apparently
  7. The Sudanese guy with his 50 year old bike and clothes is my hero already Let's go, beat the Kosovar who is 19 minutes behind
  8. Be fair, he's only about 19 minutes behind Mathis with only a little over 50 top riders to go
  9. Especially those from Sudan and Kuwait don't give a damn about the heat...medals incoming
  10. We have a gold medal, thank you Karlijn Swinkels
  11. To be clear: they are not specifically suspected of anything or even being punished, they are just not used while the investigation is going on
  12. A Basque flag and a Dutch flag at the finish, since Basque Country doesn't participate as a nation, we are the most supported nation at the championships
  13. Well it's still hard to judge. I mean, it's the women's team time trial, you can't be expecting thousands of people there no matter in which country it is.
  14. What on earth happened to Koster there? It's like she just blacked out or something
  15. Well it's still possible to at least have an exciting few races
  16. Did you just see that forklift truck? Wow!
  17. Yes, they managed to squeeze it in between the beautiful hills and epic landscapes.
  18. Such beautiful scenery
  19. Rosberg trying to pass Verstappen in Montreal: ends up crying Räikkönen trying to pass Verstappen in Spa: ends up crying Hamilton trying to pass Verstappen in Suzuka: ends up crying
  20. DRS hats, because Japan
  21. So again they're basically just publishing things about TUEs which aren't really shocking at all It's a bit of a shame, I have no doubt there is so much to expose...but then they focus on these kind of small things
  22. Well to be fair, that was just Kvyat's fault for making mistake after mistake after mistake after mistake during his Red Bull-time, although of course I would be mad too when my favourite driver makes too many mistakes and gets replaced I remember another crash that scared me somewhere in the last 10-15 years, but I don't exactly remember who it was. I know it was in Monaco (at the marina, the corner after the chicane after the tunnel). Suddenly the screen went to a car laying upside down against the barriers there I believe it was a Sauber, when it still had the "classic" Sauber look
  23. Well nowadays I hate Jos Verstappen. Back when we still had the A1 Grand Prix (which was really cool!) we finally had a race in Zandvoort...but he refused to drive because he didn't get his money yet..to see how much of an asshole move that was from him, you must realize Zandvoort can have around 110.000 people and it was absolutely, 100% sold out - mostly by people who wanted to see the big Dutch F1 hero of the 15 years before that. And then he just didn't show up (luckily his replacement Jeroen Bleekemolen had an amazing race and everyone had a great day anyway ) Thinking about crashes of years ago, the one that is most fresh in my memory I think is Robert Kubica in 2007. I mean, 9 years ago! But I remember it so clearly, we both (my dad and me) thought Kubica was dad...luckily he turned out relatively ok
  24. Or Finland is the most sleepy team in the world
  25. Frentzen...the guy who stole Verstappen's seat in (I believe) Arrows when Verstappen already had a contract, but Frentzen came along, said "hey my sponsor is bigger" and Verstappen ended up without a seat that year...I never liked Frentzen anymore after that Well the early 2000's is when I mostly started watching. My dad was already watching it when I was born so I guess I saw it sometimes before that as well..I remember when I started watching it I just used to watch the start and first few laps and then went up to my room and told my dad "call me when there's a crash please"
