  1. That would make organizing the day of the Grand Final awfully complicated, so I suggest you stay alive
  2. Cool, I thought it was still one hour to go but I made a time difference mistake...let's go
  3. I know But when those are the things to look at, it means the fight for the win is not good enough
  4. If I'm not mistaken, this is how it ended last time (TISC, not TOISC): I just hope it will be a little more interesting in terms of the battle for the win The most surprising thing though is that I was able to find this document in a matter of 3-4 minutes, good start to the day
  5. Thanks for reminding me, now I can prepare it in time
  6. I feel like a certain song I still didn't dare to listen is going to win Or maybe another one
  7. Podium for New Zealand in the men's team pursuit
  8. Now that's a good odd Although seeing things like this never makes me want to bet in this way, I always prefer to go for long term profit and mostly bet on single bets
  9. By the way: of course the Slovak bet above is all ice hockey, surprise
  10. For what it's worth: last year during the Diamond League in Monaco, I gave people on the betting forum the tip to bet on Candyce McGrone in the women's 200m...odds of 250 She beat Dafne Schippers by 0,01 second/photo finish I believe, I only had 10 euro on it because the bookmaker wouldn't let me place more, but some others had like 40-50 euro on it and won that...times 250
  11. Odds of 57.87...I have won bets with higher odds Not with €1000+ as bet but I always like to see high odds more than high stakes
  12. I will join the praises for Anykščiai, beautiful town and surroundings
  13. That sounds like the People's Republic of Ireland
  14. Yes, but Vitkunaite is a good target for Bruna Moura in terms of skiing speed. Like, if she can get Vitktunaite's speed, the "big gap" that athletes from exotic nations often have is closed and she can actually start keeping more and more athletes behind her And Vitkunaite somehow has an easily recognizable face, I like that, it helps when athletes are easy to recognize
  15. I have seen a velodrome with athletics facilities inside it, with volleyball and tennis being played on the infield (all in Omnisport in Apeldoorn), but never with basketball
  16. Nice to see the Lithuanian biathletes mentioned, I've been paying a lot of attention to Kotryna Vitkunaite and (somewhat less than her) Gabriele Lescinskaite as "targets" for my dear Brazilian biathlete
  17. Of all TISC/TOISC songs, Leon Somov & Jazzu - Song about Love was one of my most liked songs ever This is a good reason to listen to that song again, luckily it's even in the playlist I've listened most recently on my phone
  18. Is it question hour? If so, I have a question What's this?
  19. These maps look like a worldwide presidential election between Republics and Democrats
  20. They had Havard Bokko but he is semi-retired now, there is Sverre Lunde Pedersen who seemed promising a while back, but still hasn't really grown. In sprinting there sometimes is a somewhat decent result..but not much more than that My biggest hopes to see really new nations at the top are New Zealand and Colombia, so I'm cheering for them
  21. Kick him out of the World Cup team Zero Norwegians in the A-division by the way, I miss the good old times with Eskil Ervik, Lasse Sætre and Øystein "the scythe" Grødum
  22. Word has come to our ears that the Slovak delegation decided to take a trip to the beach late last night, staying there over night. Apparently they now refuse to go back, because (literal quote) "Dude! It's the beach, we're never leaving this place anymore!". Any word on this @hckosice? Slovakia refusing to leave the beach might be a cause for concern relating to their appearance at the contest..
  23. Peter Michael is closing in, if he keeps this up, he is going to be a very serious medal threat in Pyeongchang
  24. Much as I love the Birds of Prey, it's still less iconic than Lake Louise...but f*ck, this isn't good news
