    1 quota for South Korea as a minimum if they finish outside the top-22, only if the 6 highest athletes from non-qualified countries contain 2 South Koreans, they will get 2 quota Basically, Korea reaching the top-22 could be very useful for example for Amanda Lightfoot or Vicky Padial .

    The only sources I would trust when it comes to people saying "People X are doing horrible thing Y in location Z" would be seeing it right there with my own eyes (not on video, not on the news or not from "independent" 'rebels' or something). But yeah, it's clear that both sides are shit.

    I wonder how much of that is actually true though...in situations like that, all sides tell the most horrific stories about the other sides to make them look even worse. Not saying they're nice people (neither are the 'rebels'/terrorists), but I think a lot of things can be greatly exaggerated..sadly.

    Sadly our Co Stompé will only be analyzing on TV again instead of playing (he spends most of his time in obscure BDO low level tournaments if I'm not mistaken nowadays ), but at least we have GIF's to remember him

    Though to be fair, it's not a bad federation overall in terms of what they do for nations, their communication skills have room for improvement though

    No, scrap that, I meant "trimester" instead of "semester" I honestly have no idea, but I guess it's something like the same as it is after 3 trimesters. If they would at least publish this list, we could see how they solve this..

    No, the rules for that say "during the current or preceding semester".

    The bobsleigh federation has published a statement as well? So far I only saw it from the skeleton federation, which is apparently another thing there.

    Honestly I think not marking your skis properly is even more dumb Or what about the Russians Dmitry Malyshko and Petr Paschenko in yesterday's IBU Cup sprint...Malyshko won, but was disqualified because he and Paschenko had mixed up their bibs I mean, come on, what are they...5 years old to make such a mistake?

    Sweden was DSQ'ed because of this rule (5.6.e) in the men's relay: Bruna just told me it was because of the skis (or one of their skis, not sure), so that's a rather amateuristic mistake.. The Koreans were DSQ'ed because they didn't stop after being lapped.
