  1. My hope is somewhat focussed on Lenzerheide's Facebook or something https://www.facebook.com/biathlonarenalenzerheide You can cheer for bibs 2 and 41
  2. Damn Pinturault, that was one heck of a run
  3. I heard that today there should be because apparently IBU is investing more in it since it was a rather big success last year The Brazilian federation guy and the Dutch coach both said there should be live streaming as well, but I haven't found it yet. The Dutch coach said something about on IBU's website, but I didn't see it yet, also not here: http://www.eurovisionsports.tv/ibu/ Half an hour to go to the IBU Cup men's sprint and Junior Cup men's individual, for which I'll probably be assisting the assistant coach by providing her with live timing information on Whatsapp which she will shout on to Caio and Lucas
  4. No, IBU points are available at World Cup, IBU Cup, World Championships and Open European Championships.
  5. Apparently she spent time as a ski instructor in Australia, then decided to stay there and build a life there and since 1-2 months she can represent Australia http://corporate.olympics.com.au/news/jezer-ek-receives-citizenship-and-looks-towards-pyeongchang
  6. Here's Liechtenstein's Chiara Hasler on tomorrow's start list for the individual in the IBU Junior Cup http://ibu.blob.core.windows.net/docs/1617/BT/JIBU/CP01/JWIN/BT_C51A_1.0.pdf I've asked Bruna Moura (who is too old to compete) to take a picture of Hasler if she can during the competition (maybe she's too busy though, I know she'll be the 'assistant coach' for Gabi).
  7. Norway won the men's team pursuit, awesome win
  8. Mika Poutala showing off his new book right before the start
  9. Kuzmina shooting clean, I hope @hckosice didn't turn off the tv yet
  10. Wow Kuzmina on fire in terms of speed and shooting
  11. Justine Braisaz might be going for the win here
  12. The Swedish girls were going for 1-2 in the ski cross World Cup in Val Thorens....until they pushed each other out of the race and crashed with 1 or 2 turns to go
  13. First reaction on the Dutch forums: "This makes it even more impressive that the Dutch speed skaters beat all those dirty Russians and won so many medals" (in a sarcastic way of course)
  14. You don't need a top-40 finish to get NC points though (but yeah, every decent result is very much welcome )
  15. Yeah, Fourcade is going to take this.
  16. Wow, Svendsen has won 10 seconds on JTB so far after the standing shooting.
  17. Rösch flying over the finish Nice result
  18. JTB, impressive
  19. The way someone made it for me then worked like that: 1. Dowload the "IBU Qualifying Points" PDF from IBU's website right after a competition 2. Convert it to Excel 3. Import it in the calculating sheet 4. Click "Calculate" 5. Get the full updated IBU Qualifying Points List It was like 2 minutes of work per competition, but now it doesn't work anymore
  20. Yes, working on the ranking is the hard part because of all the averages and importing the data and stuff. Last season it worked, but they have slightly changed the PDF format now and that's messing up the Excel sheet I had for it And the tables and stuff I made for calculating the points (I even wrote a little program in Python coding language ) was mostly for me to know how the Brazilians are doing as soon as possible and especially when I'm at the competition and downloading the PDF's isn't the easiest way (you know, so I can tell them their points and results long before their coach comes up with his tablet and tell them the results, like I did in Obertilliach last season )
  21. But those are the points only for that race, right? They publish them since the beginning of last season if I'm not mistaken, but the actual points list (the "ranking", where all these results are combined and which is so important for qualification spots) is nowhere to be found.. You mean for example this? http://ibu.blob.core.windows.net/docs/1617/BT/SWRL/CP01/SWSP/BT_C74Q_1.0.pdf That's only for that specific competition
  22. Or here, where you have a simple list and then can click on it to find the exact location http://www.emsc-csem.org/Earthquake/
  23. Oh, yeah Alright: who wants to join our fan club?
