  1. Manyonga is so good today, but two faults..
  2. Not the first one today. Diao Xiaojuan from Hong Kong hit an official in the scratch this afternoon, and was wheeled off as well: Worse than that (since she's of course in pain, but at least well enough to be wheeled off), the official she hit (who was trying to remove a fallen off number from the track) was transported by ambulance and later helicopter. No word on how he's doing, but he was unconscious earlier.
  3. Mayer is a decathlete/multi-eventer, last time I checked.
  4. The only one I saw doing that though Not smart.
  5. Fantastic final 3-lap sprint for Van Schip bringing him the silver
  6. Haroun's DQ was the most obvious one though. False start by walking out of his block well before the shot was to be expected Just DNS if you're not fit enough..
  7. Three riders on their way to lap the peloton and get 20 points....and what does Austrian Graf do? Join the peloton 100m before the intermediate sprint, meaning he'll of course get those 20 points, but he'll miss the sprint points
  8. I especially love this part "Dude, they can't know we actually ordered this stuff, so please send us an email saying you sent it to us wrongly, but we know better hehe, suckers. -XXX- Brailsford"
  9. Nooo, Team Sky or the surroundings of British Cycling breaking rules, nobody would expect that!
  10. Height: 183cm Weight: 85kg In May last year that was nearly 100kg, then I got one of those indoor bikes and by early December I reached my goal of sub-80kg (79.6kg) Because that bike is in the garage (which is the same temperature as outside) I didn't use it for a bit and because of 4 meals a day during the Olympics it's gone back up to 85kg, but this month the way back to sub-80kg will start Not obese anymore then, I'd say
  11. Define obese
  12. Oh and 10th place for Ukaleq Slettemark
  13. That was good! Top-30 even with two misses
  14. Hitting by hand, this is starting to sound like kaatsen, a local but big sport in the somewhat odd Dutch province of Friesland (which nobody else knows anything about, hitting by hand and the fact that the big competition is called the PC is basically all I know )
  15. Yep, it's no surprise But still winning by several minutes is not something that happens every day
  16. Elvira Öberg might well be on her way to her third gold medal. It's between her and Finland's Heidi Nikkinen, who she beat for gold in the relay by 0.0 seconds.
  17. The women you mean? That was one hell of a turn at the front for Dygert at around 2500m, clawing back well over a second to a small lead
  18. She didn't qualify for either the keirin or individual sprint, and will only race the 500m time trial after being added to the team sort of last minute.
  19. Van Riessen beats huge talent Gros, Braspennincx beats Welte...good day
  20. One day you fight for team medal together, the other day you kick your teammate out by 0,002 seconds
  21. Azizul Awang is already out of the keirin, he finished 2nd in the repechage Goodbye world title defence
  22. Zuk Davidova was the only one with a somewhat similar skiing time.
  23. Yes, since some minutes
  24. What's up with IAAF still having no start lists for tonight? That's bullshit
