  1. @hckosice Gonna join me and hopefully some others for a race walk all-nighter (or at least until 3-4 am?)?
  2. Yep, 30 minutes was my very first goal simply because that would mean I was able to run 5km non-stop (since I can't really run slower than 10 km/h), but 25 minutes is my next 'big' goal since that means I can run 5km non-stop at an alright pace My goal is to be able to make it to 10km non-stop before the end of the year

  4. Still less annoying than the mixed events horsecrap.
  5. He has been in quite shitty shape ever since he had problems with his stomach a while ago..
  6. I would normally agree, but in this case I think every small step is a good one
  7. Four weeks later and with three more runs done (6km in 33:22, 5km in 27:11 PB and 6km in 32:42 PB), I just finished another 5km and this time I did it in 25:48 The 25 minute mark is closing in faster than I expected Negative splitted the shit out of this thing
  8. Ukiniwabo of Rwanda in the attack Let's go everyone who is not a World Tour rider in today's U23 race.
  9. Surely that's what Wallonia thinks because otherwise it's.....not much, whereas Flanders sees Flanders as the home of cycling
  10. What on earth does someone from Wallonia have to do with 'it's coming home' when the world champs are in Flanders? That's like Northern Irish footballers talking about their home World Cup if it's held in England (not GBR/UK, but England).
  11. According to the president of the African cycling federation, for now 2025 seems to be a battle between Rwanda and Morocco! More and more hope by the day
  12. By the way, the bigger worry about Kavanaugh is probably not as much the accusations (unless proven, which is gonna be incredibly difficult), but the way he handled himself. He made it painfully clear that he will always put his political views in front of a fair and neutral decision as a judge and that's a terrible thing for any judge, anywhere.
  13. Oh wait, Aigle 2020 sounds perfect for Sagan's 6th consecutive title, so yeah I guess you're right.
  14. World championships: - 2020: Aigle (SUI) - 2021: Flanders (BEL) - 2024: Switzerland (the German part, exact locations are unknown yet) - 2025: Africa The country or countries for 2025 (yes, plural is an option) aren't known yet. I'm afraid for UCI going for the boring choice and going to South Africa, but the first step towards Rwanda has been made
  15. I'm all for having events in new nations, but surely there are new nations for a track cycling world championships who at least have a bit of half-good recent results in the sport?
  16. Haha what the fuck
  17. On the bright side, if Bernardinho still was the coach it wouldn't be just a ball, but half the stadium he threw on the court
  18. How are we supposed to change your mind when all we have is what's being shown on TV? There's barely any way for the likes of the FBI to really proof what happened and who is right or wrong, let alone a bunch of people on a forum It's all a show anyway. In the hearing the Republicans were doing nothing but just stroking his dick and telling him how he is the victim, whereas he refused to answer almost all of the real questions and instead he just Trumped his way through by repeating the exact same words a hundred times.
  19. Nothing wrong with celebrating in the last kilometer of a major solo Plus he actually thanked his teammates in the interview, he's learning
  20. I mean, Evenepoel won, nothing special about that...but the way he did it, being so far behind after the crash, coming back all the way (with some help from two team mates but largely due to his own work) and then just riding every single one straight out of his wheel. Out of this world
  21. Damn it, I have to leave the TV for an hour or so, end of The Great Remco Evenepoel Show, but of course I'll record it
  22. Mayrhofer Belgian commentator just made sure all the walls in his commentary cabin are white. And dirty.
