    Germany has finally announced its dressage team... Sonke Rothenberger (Cosmo) Dorothee Schneider (Sammy Davis Jr.) Jessica von Bredow-Werndl (TSF Dalera) Isabell Werth (Bella Rose) Reserve: Helen Langehanenberg (Damsey) German selectors have lost their mind apparently. Langehanenberg got robbed of her place, as she is quite clearly the 3rd best right now. Schneider should have been the reserve. Also they chose Bella Rose instead of Weihegold for Werth... Good luck with that.

    Scandal in the French federation. Despite puting the maximum number of names in the nominative entries, the French federation eventually decided not to send dressage team at all!     6 dressage medals have gone to 5 different nations. That's really cool, and I hope this trend continues so that we end up with a whole bunch of nations taking equestrian medals. and possibly even could be joining the medal table after eventing which starts tomorrow.
