In the event of an upset, Bosnia just needs to defeat Hungary to qualify while the reverse creates a three-way tie where unless Hungary wins by 41 then Montenegro still qualifies. The third quota is between . With the two having a direct match the quota will go to Iceland if they win by more than 3, if not then Georgia qualifies.

I don't think ISA took into account the possibility of an injured athlete getting an Olympic quota. As far as I know, Defay still hasn't pulled out of the remaining events before the midseason cut, but it's hard to imagine she will be 100% for the third event which at that point she might as well rest and plan to requalify to the 2024 Championship Tour.
