  1. Any chance to see Maduro as a small forward in the next match? :))
  2. Is there a possibility to have a music contest in which every participant can pick any song from any country no matter what year produced? All participants would vote similar as in Eurovision or by the rules you have here (I didn't follow much, I admit). Every song once used by somebody, would not be able to be picked again for 10 editions, let's say. What do you think about this idea? PS: I will read all rules used here the next week.
  3. Of course. Totallympics is the finest sports forum I know. Feels great to be here with you guys!
  4. Well done Furlani. Future Olympic champion!
  5. It's a nice feeling to tell my disabilititated daughter these girls have to jump over water and see the smile on her face. Priceless feeling.
  6. Good luck for the 4th consecutive Olympic gold medal!
  7. Well, the dream sequel of this is almost over. 2nd round, 1st leg: Panevezys - Jagiellonia 0-4 Bodo/Glimt - RFS 4-0 Close to zero chances for another over the border clash.
  8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YEb3Kreg5W0 Best I can come up with: highlights But I guess you've already seen it.
  9. Well, it should matter that it's a shot with the intention to score. If things continue to go like this in this fast football we have today, we'll have more own goals than goals sometime in the future.
  10. Deflections, deflections. However, it doesn't feel right the current decision on who scored the goal. I think then when it is about today's goal, the credit should be given to Kolo Mouani as he shoots toward goal. No matter how good or bad. On the other hand, yesterday's own goal of Le Normand should stay as own goal because the ball was not shot on goal and the cross was intended for the forward. I think things should be this simple.
  11. I can't go to Paris for a number of reasons and I hope (it's not up to me unless I decide for a NO) I won't have my right knee operated those very days. Anyway, I'll cheer for my country, of course and maybe watch as much as I could team sports, athletics, swimming and gymnastics. I'd like to extend that to equestrian, canoeing, rowing, sailing and triathlon, regardless if there is a Romanian athlete involved or not. As for cheering for other countries' athletes, I've always had my "crushes" like Guatemala, Curacao, Guyana, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uganda, Botswana and many others. Rooting for the "small" countries in essence.
  12. Second yellow card obtained by Doku was not that obvious as the first.
  13. So far Italians interested more in stepping on Swiss feet. Now you need a referee like Kovács.
  14. Very poor defence from the Netherlands. I don't see any surprises from them, even if I wished that.
  15. Of course, anything is possible but it's hard for me to see Georgia being any trouble for Portugal. I'd rather bet of Weghorst becoming the top goalscorer coming as substitute in every single match up to the final.
  16. Anyone fancy this scenario? Denmark beats Serbia, England "destroy" Slovenia (sorry for our Slovenian users), Turkye beats Czechia and Cristiano Ronaldo help Portugal beating Georgia by scoring at least a brace. Thus Modric' Croatia goes on.
  17. After heroically defending , we succomb to a Casteels decisive pass.
