Do you think the two party system survives this election? I sure it will, but there a few scenarios that could make life interesting.

Of course it will. Dems and GOP have hijacked the system ages ago. They won't let anyone new to sit at their table. The so-called democracy is just a merger between two parties and everyone knows a vote for someone else will be wasted. Last time a dissenting political vote made any influence in USA was Ross Perrot. But the lesson has been learned, now every billionaire with political ambitions won't be allowed to run as independent anymore.

I’m not a baseball fan, and won’t pretend to be one. I’m just not okay with these Astros fans played the victim card. They’re not victims. Your team cheated, and failed horribly at their attempt to apologize.

What do you expect them to do? Everyone should stop being an Astros fan because of sign stealing? Damn, then why White Sox still have fans after their team threw the World Series all those decades ago? :p  One thing I learned about Americans is that they never sit quiet and do what other people tell them to do. Quite frankly I expect Astros fans to play the "me vs the world" card for the next 10 years now.

  3. Seems like typical off-season drama. Baseball is way too sensitive anyway. Who cares about all the "unwritten rules" crap in first place? Then some fighting during games and all the bad talk. Wasn't it Ty Cobb who said "if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying"? The Astros deal just falls in line with decades of foul play within this sport. I'm sorry but everyone who preaches high morals now is just a prisoner of the moment. Baseball was as dirty as the proverbial spitball. Move on, people!

Gleirscher winning the Olympics was fun and all. Pyeongchang was a neutral track, and Gleirscher a total outsider who only got selected at the last moment.

Katnikova sweeping this is just... meh. She is just milking the home advantage beyond belief. That's some vintage Germanesque domination.

Every nation that has a luge track enjoys such an advantage. Maybe the Austrians don't since everyone and their mother trains at Igls.

Not so much this season. JTB is generally a bit faster, yes, but QFM is one of the few athletes who's actually been staying rather closely behind him on pace this season.

Yes, but it's clear JTB's first lap was waaay too fast. Antholz ain't Ruhpolding
