  1. Herrmann 9/10. Race is not over. Anais Chevalier 10/10.
  2. I only came back from work to catch the finish of the men's race with Bjoentegaard's second shoot. I always miss on all the action in the 1 pm mid-week starts Tiril Eckhoff with bib #88. That should keep the race honest
  3. Feels like off-season on steroids! Irish names in a biathlon thread However my name would be more difficult to pronounce than this!
  4. @WerlocYou made no spelling errors in Szczurek & Szwajnos names! Highly impressive! Jakiela comes in since Piton will do the relay.
  5. You probably confused Markelov with Marco Apicella in F3000 Between 2016-2018 Markelov was a F2 title challenger, he finished runner-up only to LeClerc in 2017. I'd say he wouldn't have done worse than Sirotkin in 2018 Williams but it's all gone now. His current F2 team seems to be more focused on Formula E which probably explains why he's struggling so much.
  6. Haas needs to step it up tbh. Quite frankly they've fallen behind Alfa Romeo on pace alone. I have a feeling having two rookies won't actually help them much either (though the so-called experienced pair of Magnussen & Grosjean simply run out of steam). Mazepin looks like the least-qualified of the Russian pay-drivers. I'd take Markelov over him and well, Sirotkin was slow but didn't crash too often. I wish we got to see Alexander Rossi in a proper F1 equipment.
  7. We haven't seen the "worst to best" since Damon Hill went from Brabham to Williams in 1993
  8. George Russell fills in for Hamilton @ Sakhir GP. Jack Aitken will drive at Williams. Mick Schumacher has been confirmed as Mazepin's teammate at Haas next season. This is the busiest December 2nd in F1 since like 1962 or something!
  9. The telescope dish featured in GoldenEye has collapsed. It was apparently damaged lately and set to be demolished anyway. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-55147973
  10. LIke @heywoodu said, she can skip more races this season and maybe only forcus for the World Champs. That would mean the overall globe is decided already. No way Vlhova skips even one race this season IMO.
  11. Look at it that way, there's finally something that proved superior to Norway's TUE excuse! That's one positive COVID impact out there!
  12. So, we're giving up on Brignone already too? Hard to get excited for the women's World Cup when you know the overall winner four races into the season. As if years of Hirscher winning the men's overall by default wasn't enough
  13. Nobody's gonna feel sorry for the Norwegian Evil Empire to miss out on some victories. Like NOBODY

  15. Finally a race without Hamilton! I wonder if his replacement kicks Bottas' ass and really stirs the pot!
  16. Raising the competitive age solves nothing. You'd still take up figure skating at age 4 or 5 to begin with. Herein lies the problem. Physical injuries always take their toll more on a sport you have to start very early to ever stand a chance. You can't take up figure skating at 10 if you want to be a competitive pro. Raising the age won't stop having career-ending back injuries at age 21 instead of 19 for instance Anorexia? Geez, what else is new. Good thing USA sucks at ski jumping or else we'd here more bullshit like that given how strict BMI in ski jumping is But thankfully USA, France and UK don't care about ski jumping so we can have anorexia over there! Of course this push makes a whole lot political sense if the Western Europe & USA want to influence the Russian dominance of the sport. I'd laugh my ass off if this somehow gets approved and 17 year old Russians still kick the 17 year old Americans & French all over the ice rink
  17. Poor Ieva Puce finished 103rd out of 104 with a 10/10 shooting. That's like really bad! Latvians can't wait to have Baiba Bendika back?
  18. Norway controls FIS already. Do they really have to control ISU as well? Hell no. Name me ONE Norwegian figure skater not named Sonja Henie who won a World Championship gold medal I'm pretty sure they will be put back to their place and rightfully so. Norway in figure skating doesn't mean anything. It's like Romania or Poland trying to tell USA how the baseball World Series should be run
  19. And Callum Ilott is busy with the F2 finale next weekend as well. But for this, it would be a coin-flip who replaces Grosjean tbh.
  20. Because the barrier is after the exit of the corner. It's not like Grosjean crashed coming out of the corner, he basically chopped across Kvyat on the straight already. Nobody expects a head-on crashes on the straights.
  21. Yeah, the Red Bull gods sure want Albon for 2021. Blah. I'd take Perez over him in a heartbeat.
  22. Also points for and The only thing missing is one of Chois for Korea
  23. Suspected broken ribs for Grosjean. Plus some burns; he really sat long in the cockpit. Or half-cockpit to be exact.
