Do you mean speedway racer Zmarzlik, right? He is always too high in this plebiscite just because he has huge fanbase and speedway generally is overhyped sport here, besides us and Scandinavian countries nobody care about this sport. Lewandowski also finished too high, Semeniuk for example should be on podium instead as he achieved much more than Lewandowski in 2022.
