The three mentioned sports do explain why I didn't know these athletes I guess. I hope one of them takes a medal though!

Jefferson Farfan was one of my favorite players at PSV in my youth. I've had a soft spot for Peru since then.

For Namibia it will depend on whether the 2 junior 400m runners are cleared to participate. I fear a Semenya issue. If they do, considering Naser's suspension, maybe Miller-Uibo focusing on the 200, they are strong contenders.

I'll post a detail review of nations which I think can medal in a day or two. Just waiting for some for votes and reviews

What about Kyron McMaster of the British Virgin Islands? He had a chance of a medal in the men’s 400m hurdles.

Definitely From 2 medals entire Olympic Games they are sure to win the 3.

Their female flagbearer will probably be Neisi Dajomes who is an absolute favorite for Gold in 76kg weightlifting (provided China doesn't participate and I can't see that happening with Neisi in her form of her life)

Maria is in silver medal position in W 55kg but I have a feeling China will enter that weight.

Tamara Salazar in 87kg is another sure medal prospect. Question is silver or bronze but is in contention for silver with China sure to win gold.

Apart from that athletics can give them a medal. Even if it doesn't they will have a full strength squad in women's weightlifting.

Any idea which 3 nations among above have most medal chances?

Other than Ecuador, Ivory coast has Ta Lou and Ahoure in athletics and 3 top level fighters in taekwondo (from which 2 are olympic medalists). They will get one for sure.

I think all the others have just one or two serious chances.

Yes Ivory Coast is the other and I think they can have their best Olympics
