I saw it again and it was actually 1 second after the end. you could see he received a warning from the ref. they usually don't just warn you for these kind of actions. they give caution and 2pts.

well that doesn't always work. he was sure about his defense but then the Hungarian turned him twice.

 

Kakhaleshvili was strong enough to attack from the start and maybe score something from the standing position but he tried the "dirty tactic"
