ICF has released dates and info for African OQT. The Pyrenees Cup 1

 

The competition will take place at 20-21 March 2021 - La Seu d'Urgell ESP and will be used as Olympic Qualifier for Africa

 

Only athletes from these countries are allowed to take place

So, this is sport is not my cup of tea. But, according to the result in last Worlds Championship... I'd say,  have the best chances, in this order.
