How many competitions there are in Mixed Relays 4*400?

Hard to say. Probably only if some federation prepare the competition in order to qualify for the Olympics ...... It is hard to find this information.

Should be noted that the times are only updated once a week (on Wednesday after noon)

Because in "Road To" there are times Germany and Czech Republic

Yes, because there were events in Czech and Germany. Those were official WA events end the local federation added mixed relay events to make it possible for their relays to match the qualifying time..... Now, mostly national championships are happening and going to happen and I am not sure whether any local federations are going to put there relay events as most of the athletes are going to compete at home, probably for points and qualifying standarts in the individual events mostly ..... Just a guess but let's see what happens at the weekend.

The Olympic standards in all disciplines are updated regularly. Only the qualifiers via World ranking points aren't, because the World Ranking is only updated once a week.

German federation is planning a 4x400 men's relay in Leverkusen on Sunday. At least this was the official news a few days ago.
